Monday

6.00 – 7.00pm Boxing – Mixed Ability
7.00 – 8.30pm Thai Boxing – Mixed Ability
8.30 - 9.30pm Beginners MMA Course - 8 week course, must be pre-booked


Tuesday
6.00 – 7.00pm Improvers Thai Boxing Course –Starts every 6 weeks must be pre-booked
7.00 – 8.30pm Thai Boxing – Mixed Ability (6.30pm Optional Run Warm up)
8.30 - 9.00pm Thai Boxing (sparring) – Intermediate to Advance Level

Wednesday

6.00 - 7.00pm Thai Boxing – Mixed Ability (Pad work)
7.00 – 8.00pm Beginners Thai Boxing Course –Starts every 6 weeks must be pre-booked   
8.00 – 9.30pm MMA – Mixed Ability                                                                            

8.00 - 9.30pm MMA Improvers Programme - starts every 8-12 weeks

Thursday

6.00 – 7.00pm Improvers PLUS Thai Boxing Course – Starts every 6 weeks must be pre-booked
7.00 – 8.00pm Boxing – Mixed Ability
8.00 – 9.30pm Thai Boxing– Mixed Ability

Friday

6.00 – 7.00pm Thai Boxing - Mixed Ability
7.00 – 8.00pm Sparring Class – Thai Boxing/Boxing/MMA/BJJ  - Intermediate to Advance Level

Saturday

11.00– 12.30pm BJJ (Brazilian jiu jitsu) - Mixed Ability

Class Level Description:

Mixed Ability  - Beginners to Advance Level

Intermediate to Advance - Must have experience, own equipment and good fitness level

PLEASE NOTE: All classes and times are subject to change and availability.

The gym is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays

The gym will be closed for an annual break of 2 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period - dates to be confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated, the above are classes and there is no need to pre-book, but please arrive early to avoid dissapointment as some classes run at capacity. 

All courses must be pre-booked and pre-paid for in advance.

With the exception of the beginners course (pre-paid), you will require your own training kit after your first week.
