A dedicated martial arts gym, with a key focus on Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), additional tuition being provided in Boxing, BJJ (Brazilian Ju Jitsu), MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), personal training and general fitness. Classes, courses, 1:1, small groups and corporate parties all catered for, with additional facilities including a martial arts and fitness shop, seating and changing facilities.
