Welcome to the website of Southampton’s Martial Arts Centre in the heart of the city, The Ocean Gym (Hampshire UK).
A dedicated martial arts gym, with a key focus on Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), additional tuition being provided in Boxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), personal training and general fitness. Classes, courses, 1:1, small groups and corporate parties all catered for, with additional facilities including a martial arts and fitness shop, seating and changing facilities.
All levels welcome from beginners to advanced students, from those wanting to train just for fitness to those wishing to compete. If you are a beginner we offer courses in Thai Boxing or you can attend one of our regular mixed ability classes. For the more experience students we have various classes to enhance your skills and seperate fighter's classes
