The Ocean Gym
Dolphin House, 134-135 High Street, Southampton SO14 2BR
We are positioned in the centre of Southampton on the High Street. The gym is located opposite the Dolphin Hotel and above 'FYEO' and 'The King and I' Thai Restuarant, below Bar. Between West Street and Saint Michaels Street. Entry to the gym is via the High Street, and is gained by intercom, our front door is between FYEO and The King and I, on entry please proceed to the first floor via the stairwell or lift.

By Bike: There are several cycle racks in the vicinity of Dolphin House, the closest is approximately 20yards away. There may also be railings in the Dolphin House Car Park for cyclists to use - please call.
By Bus: Directly outside our entrance is a bus stop that has links around the city centre including the train station and Portswood University areas.
By Car: There is on street parking available on the High Street and surrounding roads, with multi story car parks a five minute walk away, the nearest being Eastgate Street Car Park. After 6.00pm most street parking is free, but please check.
You will find us opposite the church ruins and the dolphin hotel, Benard Street and the St Michaels Street junction being on the right of the above photo.
