Welcome to the website of Southampton’s Martial Arts Centre in the heart of the city, The Ocean Gym (Hampshire UK).
A dedicated martial arts gym, with a key focus on Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), additional tuition being provided in Boxing, personal training and general fitness. Classes, courses, 1:1, small groups and corporate parties all catered for, with additional facilities including a martial arts and fitness shop, seating and changing facilities.
All levels welcome from beginners to advanced students, from those wanting to train just for fitness to those wishing to compete. If you are a beginner we offer courses in Thai Boxing or you can attend one of our regular mixed ability classes. For the more experienced students we have various classes to enhance your skills and seperate fighter's classes
With qualified and professional instructors, some with over 20 years experience, a clean fully equipped training area, classes/courses to suit all levels, a professional fight team and with an always welcoming environment the Ocean Gym is the place to train.
